Business Partnerships Officer
(35 hours a week)
At Plan International, you will contribute to our mission: Improving equal opportunities for children and young people worldwide, with a special focus on girls and women. As Business Partnership Officer, you will drive high-value partnerships and fundraising initiatives within the Dutch private sector. From multinational corporations and corporate foundations to industry associations and SMEs, your goal is to strengthen Plan International’s financial capacity and strategic influence. You will identify and secure new partnerships, deepen existing relationships, and shape innovative engagement models that align corporate priorities with our mission for gender equality and children’s rights.
Your colleagues:
You will be working with a passionate international team that is convinced of the necessity of development cooperation. We care about each other, work with a strong team spirit, and we believe good interpersonal contact is extremely important. You will be part of the Development Team, consisting of 15 people (a mix of fundraisers and grant managers), focused on development aid.
